What counts as a lead discovery?
Each time you click "Discover Leads" for an ICP profile, we run a discovery session that finds and scores 8–15 businesses. All of those count as one discovery session, and the leads found count toward your monthly limit.
When does my monthly limit reset?
Your lead limit resets 30 days after you first subscribe. Free tier limits are lifetime (not monthly).
What is AI outreach generation?
Pipesmith can write personalized cold email copy for each lead — referencing their business name, location, and what they do. Available on Growth and Agency plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled through Stripe at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How do I activate my plan after paying?
After checkout, Stripe redirects you back to your dashboard. Your plan activates automatically on redirect — no extra steps needed.
